I have purchased the beer package for my upcoming cruise on Solstice. Just wondering if I can use the package in the casino. By the pool? MDR? Anywhere I can't use it? Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes, it can be used in all bars and restaurants, including the places you mentioned. Only thing it can't be used for is room service, mini-bar in stateroom, or beers costing over $6.

We are planning on our first Celebrity cruise for next year and wondering if it is possible to have some sort of water package. Last year we were on the OV2 (our first 'toe in the water re cruises') and were able to order a water package of 6 bottles and from the wine packages for the cabin. Is this the same for Celebrity and at what cost?

Celebrity offers a water package similar to the beer, soda and liquor packages; for $X per day you can get all the bottles of Evian and Pellegrino that you want. Also, I think if you book an aqua spa room you get free bottled water. Check their web site.
