How do you find your past guest number??

When i put in the information on the carnival site it says the number has been assigned to a different guest! I can't access any of our past cruise history. Will I have to go thru my TA??

just call carnival- thats what i did!

I got my past cruise info by just calling Carnival's toll free number and giving them my personal info. My past cruises were over 10 years ago. The person that answered the phone helped me.

Yes, they can only match you up if your number, address, phone, email, etc. are all exactly as they were when the number was assigned.

 

Just call them. It shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes to straighten out.
