marcyjane Posted May 29, 2010 #51 Share Posted May 29, 2010 I order 2 from JC Penney tops & bottoms the short type bottoms and blouse look tops in different sizes last year and got a pretty good fit for my short and mid drift body type. Was so exited last year going on the cruise knowing that all the humps and bumps where half way covered up. HA! HA! Then I get in the hot tub and the top of the bathing suit fills up with air like a balloon and looks awful. How to you all prevent the balloon full of air look. Thanks, Marcy

esther e Posted June 13, 2010 #54 Share Posted June 13, 2010 I cannot wear a halter style. I don't like them on me...don't like the look, they do not give me more support and for me? They are totally unflattering and uncomfortable. They do look good on some women but not on me. Right there with you, Lois. I am busty, DD or DDD (depending on the bra) and a halter accentuates the area and every one I've tried on (dresses, too) make me look like I have 4 boobs -- two regular ones and 2 sprouting from the sides. karinad Posted June 13, 2010 Author #55 Share Posted June 13, 2010 I just got my order in from JCP. I ordered 3 tankini tops to match some bottoms that I have. Surprisingly, all of them fit, and they're made nice plus the colors look better then pictured online. The prices were reasonable too. The one was only $14.99, and I also got a free shipping discount code.
