Dancing & formal nights

Looking for info on what type dancing is available and what are the formal nights on the voyager med cruises out of barcelona

What Voyager? There are Voyager ships on Royal Caribbean and Regent.

 

On any ship, they have just your basic dance venues. On some ships they have a disco with more up to date music, but for the most part, it's dancing for the baby boomer generation.

And, the bands will vary from ship to ship..and they do "change out" the bands periodically...

The main lounge band usually is adept at almost all kinds of music, from top-40, to latin, to country, swing...etc...

There will probably be a small combo somewhere on the ship suitable for "ballroom" style...but there doesn't seem to be a set venue for that....I've seen folks waltzing in a "Centrum/Atruim/Promenade" area because that's where the combo is playing!

Different locations will have different bands / DJs & the music styles may also change depending on the time. The later it gets the louder & more contemporary the music usually is.
