Nice dinner...

Hello,

 

We finally settled for the Holiday Inn, since we will be only it St Thomas one night prior to the cruise.

 

I am now looking for some good tips on where I can go for a nice, quiet, safe, laid back, place for dinner?

 

I would prefer somewhere walking distance or only a short cab ride.

When I am in St Thomas on business...and styaing at the Holiday Inn, I like to go to The Greenhouse. It is opened up to the outdoors and sitting there at night having dinner in the warm, fresh air can't be beat. The food is good and the drinks festive and great. There are fancier restaurants I have eaten at in St Thomas but nothing beats The Greenhouse, IMO. The restaurant overlooks the bay and I love watching the ships as they leave for their next port.
