AOS - Prommenade Staterooms

I can't seem to find a good picture of these staterooms. I am interested in them and would like any input from anyone who has stayed in one of them. I am interested in mid-ship. Which are the best decks to people watch? Are they loud? Do you feel closed in? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

They are just like an inside cabin, but with a window.....(actually, on some ships, they're a bit smaller than the insides!)

Don't have any pics, but we stayed in Promenade room on the 6th deck on AOS last year and loved it. Did not feel cramped or closed in and loved the proximity to the promenade. Would stay in one again in a hearbeat.

We were also in one on deck 6 and booked the same exact cabin on Explorer for Sept. We LOVED it! :D 1 deck down to the cookies and no noise problems ;)

We had one on deck 8 a couple of years ago and now have one booked for this December on deck 6.

Also booking another during the WOW sale for 2012 on deck 6.

just back after a long cruise on AOS,first part in a prom room and first time we did it, it was great, deck 7 for us, even managed to sleep during a parade.....shame.

Does the deck you are on make a difference when you book these types of rooms?

Also, before I book, in keeping with the other post, is there a difference in the decks. One of you stayed in 8, but now booked 6, so is 6 better? Thanks again.

A general question about the cabins. How big are the bathrooms?

The bathroom is the same as any other ship.....however no shower curtains to fight with......sliding door!
