How can we get to Barcelona aquarium from ship?

What is the best way to arrive at barcelona aquarium from where the Splendida docks please?

It's over in Port Vell. Easiest way to get there from ship would be by taxi. Taxi's in Barcelona are pretty inexpensive and really not much of a cost difference to taking ship's shuttle and then you would have to walk from the shuttle drop-off. Metro doesn't work for Port Vell.

 

Also, noticed you posted a question about the Splendida so you're probably also going to Genoa. Genoa has an aquarium also - within walking distance of the where the ship docks.

The aquarium is very close to the ship so if it's a nice day, you may even want to walk. Or take a taxi over to see the exact way to go, and then walk back if you get done early. It's about 2 1/2 miles one way.
