Booked at 10:00, itinerary changed at 11:00, but not on website......

Has this ever happened to anyone else? The Pride out of Baltimore to Carrib was cancelled and changed to Bermuda. To add insult to injury we booked early saver. Are we going to be penalized if we cancel.

You should be able to cancel without any penalty.

Call ... you mean you dont want to go to Bermuda?? wow, most people would think that was a great change, but call and ask for a exemption if you are sure you want to cancel. Do it quick.

And I am waiting, PATIENTLY, for the Bermuda bookings and prices to appear on Carnival's site. Can't wait to cruise to Bermuda.....:D

I am waiting also - did this with NCL however I would rather go on the Pride. We went on the Pride last year and had a blast.

If the Pride is going to Bermuda, I want to go. Much better than Bahamas, since we've been there, done that.

I had booked the 4/17/11 sailing because I KNEW it was going to change to Bermuda and that's where I wanted to go.

 

But I was really waiting for the Glory 10/16/11 to open as sailing from Norfolk would be much easier and the price was considerably less.

 

When I booked Pride, my PVP told me that, unfortunately, I would NOT be locked into the Bahamas price. IOW, if the price for that cabin went up when they changed it to Bermuda, my balance due would increase.

 

I was only locking up the cabin, not the price. He said this policy had changed recently. I had him call me the day the Glory opened (it wasn't on the website yet) and I moved my res.
