question about beach clubs on main beaches

We are going to calica in July. I have read all the reviews that the beaches are the best to go to you just walk till you find what you like. My question is is there somewhere to change on the beach? we want to go eat and look at shops after spending time on the beach and don't want to have to wear a wet suit... any info would be great...

In Playa Del Carmin you can use the rest rooms at the beach bars. That is what I did last trip.
