We were past RCL cruisers, but my agent said "no discount", so

what are the benefits people are talking about? Free upgrade? Do you accumulate points like the airline frequent flyer miles? Are they independent from what you travel agent booked for you?

 

Sorry, even we have cruised 5+ times, I still don't know these things. Thanks for your education here.

To obtain discounts on balcony or suite cabins, you have to be a crown and anchor member, with at least 5 cruise credits, platinum level.

Sounds to me like you many not have registered with C&A with your past cruises. Have you done this? :confused:

 

If you have registered (sounds like you are Platinum) and your TA is refusing to get you discounts then its time to find a new agent or book direct with RC and ask for your discounts.
