shadsy Posted June 3, 2010 #1 Share Posted June 3, 2010 Hi Everyone, Just over 1 week now to our first cruise with P&O on the Oceana to the Med. We have booked two excursions, one to Rome and one to Pisa and Florence. Could someone please tell me what the procedure is for collecting the relevent documents for the excursions. Are they left in your cabin or do you have to collect them from reception or somewhere else. We have never done a ship excursion before as we usually like to do our own thing but thought that given the distance from the port for the above destinations and the amount to see thought it would be good to do excursions for these. The important thing is to read the Horizon daily paper delivered the night before, which gives you details of the time and place to meet for your tour. LibraLass41 Posted June 3, 2010 #6 Share Posted June 3, 2010 Yes as Brian Says you collect your tour stickers some 30-60mins before the coach leaves usually from a public room like the theatre of a show lounge . The info on where to meet the coach and where to collect your tour sticker (you show your tickets to get your stickers) will be in that days Horizon daily news sheet in your cabin the night before. We always have room service breakfast before tour excursions if early morning ones.
