question about gifts on board beverages

Hi,

 

I was looking at the gifts for onboard the cruise. In the section beverages they have 'Reigning White of Washington' and 'shades of the Northwest' : these are four different wines to be tasted only in the pinnacle grill. Is this a kind of winetasting or are this wines supposed to be had with dinner or lunch in the pinnacle grill?

It is not the usual wine tasting. They can be pirchased to go with either lunch or dinner. I have seen people order it for dinner.

There are 2 other wine tastings on board the ships. The regular one is $15 plus gratuity where you taste 4 different wines -- held in the dining room or Explorer's Lounge or Queen's Lounge.

Then there is the premium wine tasting held in the Pinnacle Grill - $35 per person plus gratuity. Usually 5 wines tasted here.
