Southwest Sale/Travel Sept8-Nov17

Just got an e-mail from Southwest. They are currently running a 72 hour sale with fares of either $39, $79, or $119 one way. The fares need to be booked by June 24th and are good for travel September 8- November 17. I hope some of you can take advantage of them- especially with their '2 bags free' policy. :)

I tried to rebook our fare that's on Sept. 16th and when I just put in one person on the special page it shows up as $119. But if I go to our reservation and try to change it for the two of us it still shows me the origonal fare of $138. I know it's not a big difference but $40 is $40

Checked out our travel dates and it still shows our original pricing.

The special fares do not include travel on Fridays and Sundays.

I think there's a way to cancel & get a credit & then re-boook using the credit--why not call them--worth the try!

 

we just booked tix for that period so i am going to try & get the better fare
