Carnival's new policy?

I read on another site that Carnival's new policy goes into effect on 8/01/10. Does anyone know what new policy they are refering to???

Charging solos 200% went into effect a few weeks ago.

I believe you are referring to the way Travel Agencies operate.

 

They are no longer allowed to discount cruises.

 

In the past, they were simply not allowed to ADVERTISE the discounted cruises.

 

NOW they will not be allowed to discount them at all.

 

They can however still give OBC, wine etc..
