Carnival credit Card

I was just offered Carnival Credit card. Just wondering how easy it is to redeem points and any other advantages or are there alot of restrictions when you try to turn points in?

Got an email myself, this afternoon. With the subject line being: "You have been chosen for a special offer from Carnival", I really thought I was getting the upsell email... damn! :rolleyes:

I have had it for about three months. We turned in points and got a $ 50 obc on a cruise in May and was rather easy to do.

 

However since than I picked up an amex card thru fidelity that is a better deal so now will only use for carnival stuff where you get double points.

I got it too and promptly deleted it. I already have a RCL VISA. One is enough.

I have had the Carnival Card for years now. I will always use it on a Carnival cruise, but other than that, I do better using Discover or AA.

I had one and got a free cruise and some OBC on a different cruise. It was very easy to redeem, but I have not been using it. I have found better deals with other credit cards.
