We had a great time on the Imagination, this was my FI first cruise and he is ready to go again. We flew in the day before the cruise and enjoyed Bayside Market Place for some shopping and food, I love Miami. We got up the next day and was at the port by 11am and on the ship before noon, no long lines, we ate the normal fare of cheeseburgers and fries, grilled chicken etc etc. When we got to our stateroom which was a OV I felt it was a little smaller than the other ships I've been on, but okay for two people. Our room stewart was great, we asked for a bigger bucket with more ice and came in to find a med size cooler fill with ice, our wine, sodas and water. I took care of him the whole time and in return he took great care of us!!!. The food on this ship was not as good as the Destiny which was my last cruise, but I found many things that were good, just overall the food was not the best. I've had on a carnival ship. I will say the desserts were very very good, especially the white chocolate almond cake.

There was plenty to do on the ship from bingo to going down the slide which was a first for me on both, and I had a great time. Also the Casino was good to me as well as I was good to itemotion-2.gif should have stopped while I was ahead.

I love the formal/dress up night, everyone looked so good, some people do not like to dress up on vacation, I thought on my first cruise I would be one of those people, but I love it,.our pics came out so great.

The ports were nice, Key West was lovely, although I could see why some stay on the ship who have been there many times. Cozumel was great too, even though we were in such rough seas that many on board were sea sick, THE BOAT WAS ROCKING!!! My FI had to get me sea bands from the gift shop, and needless to say they sold out quick. Tropical Storm Alex was the cause of it all, and this was a first for me, I have never be in rough seas before and don't want to do it againemotion-2.gif But it took nothing away from our good time, things happen, so when we got to Cozumel, we did the Nachi Cocom and it was great, the food was very good, the place was really clean, my only disapointment was the water, the storm had stirred up the water a bit, it was not the beautiful blue and clear water I remembered or the pretty pictures others have posted. But hey we still had a great time, Carlos our waiter was wonderful, he kept the food and drinks comming, as much as we wanted. They only allow a 100 people per day and while there the max amount we saw was about 40.

To sum it all up, it was a great cruise and would I sail the Imagination again??? Yep!!! emotion-2.gif

It's nice to see an Imagination review... when I was going didn't see very many. Imagination was my first cruise last may and already booked for Destiny next May which I see you are going on next too. I hope you do a review of that one too.
