All inclusive activities

We were thinking about doing Mr. Sanchos AI. There will be 8 of us, and wanted to do other stuff like massage, parasailing, ect. Can you do most of these activities on the beach at Mr. Sanchos, or will you have to go somewhere else? We all kind of wanted to stay together, so if a couple of us want massages, and some want to do watersports we'll have to make some different plans. Also I thought I saw a website that had the different prices of activities included in the AI prices, can someone help me find the site.

Its Mr. Sanchos dot com. I know they have water sports you can do there for an extra fee. I am not sure about massages.
