TAs have been told that after 7/31, no discounting is allowed for NCL cruises. The OV for a balcony have some very expensive rates on 7/28 already. No bargain......

There will still be rebating of commissions. I find it hard to believe that this practice will not continue.

Yes, but it's going to have to be done indirectly via OBCs, prepaid service charges, or other methods. No actual cruise fare reductions will be allowed. It should be similar to what has been done for several years to "discount" Royal Caribbean and Celebrity cruises.
