karfest Posted February 11, 2005 #59 Share Posted February 11, 2005 Waukegan, Illinois, in the corner of Northeast Illinois. Hey Green Bay, all we get is freighters in the harbor, coming to off load sand & such for cement plant. Whatever happened to the cruise line that was on the Great Lakes for awhile??? One cruise ship made it here on a "Great Lakes Tour" otherwise the weather has been uncooperative so they can't leave Lake Michigan and get into the Bay of Green Bay. I think the cruise line decided against trying us again. Our bay has beautiful views of salt and coal piles and our beaches are covered in seagull droppings. Book your cruise today!!:D
