All about Port Limon tour through Carnival

I have asked this over on the Ports of Call board, but havent had a reply in days, so I will ask it here on the Carnival board and hope it wont be moved too soon.

 

Has anyone done the tour through Carnival "All about Port Limon" ? It is 4 hrs long per their website. Im sorry I am hesitant about not doing my tours through Carnival, especially in places I havent been before.

 

It is looking like the tour I would like to book now, but just wondering if anyone has done this tour and can offer some personal opinions. Thanks:)

Just a question or two; the website recommends you wear long pants and take bug repellant. Do you think it is necessary to wear long pants? I mean it is in the tropics, so I would like to stay as cool as possible. I will bring bug repellant, but did you find the bugs to be excessive? Thanks again for the response.:)
