Costa

I am thinking about trying Costa, is there food that good for the price. Any other Luxery lines that have good 5 star food :rolleyes:

Costa is nowhere near to luxury. As a matter of fact, if I may be totally honest, Costa is usually considered a bargain basement cruise line. Look at it this way, for similar cruises on a true luxury line and Costa, you'd be paying at least 5 times as much on the luxury line than you would on Costa. Food is subjective, but imho, the lines that have five star food are the real luxury lines of Regent, Sea Dream, Crystal, Silversea and Crystal. On the mass market lines, such as Costa, you'll be getting your basic banquet food----not bad but definitely not five star.

I agree with all that Kitty has said.

 

I just wanted to add that if you want a cruise line with excellent cuisine that is not as costly as the luxury cruise lines some of the premium cruise lines might be an option as well. This includes criuse lines such as Oceania and Azamara.
