Montreal-which BW closest to cruise ship pier

Need some help. Which of these two Best Western Hotels in Montreal is closest to the pier at which HAL's Maasdam docks?

 

Hotel Europa or Ville-Marie Hotel and Suites

Europa, but they are pretty close to equidistant.... but you couldn't pay me to stay in either of them.

 

The Europa is currently number 81 of 166 in Montreal and the Ville Marie is number 124. Both have 53% to 56% approval (ie that they would recommend it to others).

 

Note: My opinions may be biased because I am the owner of a B&B in Montreal... please take that into consideration.
