CCL Glory Sept 2 Upgrade

The question is confusing since you dont say WHO called you. It sounds like UPSELL to me ... but there would not be a code.

 

If its the 72 hour sale, then you would have to pay the price to upgrade if its more than you paid ...we also dont know this.

 

With so little info ... I dont even understand the question, so Im throwing out guesses.

no... they were asking for the promotion code that they send out in the upgrade email. It's a code that you received in email which gives you a discounted price for an upgrade to a diff cabin or category

 

Sounds to me like the 72 hour sale going on now??

 

If it was a discounted rate ... not a rate Carnival is offering in public, then it has to be from upsell dept. No one but the upsell dept can offer you a discounted rate.

I'm on the September 2 Glory cruise and haven't been contacted (we could only be upgraded to a suite), but we have been contacted by the upsell fairy twice before and both times it was strictly by telephone, no code involved.
