LisaCee Posted August 27, 2010 #1 Share Posted August 27, 2010 A friend of mine is going on a HAL cruise this November. I would like to send her a gift; flowers, wine, coffee card, etc. but, when I go to the HAL website, it seems that I need to know her confirmation number to send a gift. I thought I was pretty clever in quizzing her on what ship and sailing date but I clearly can't ask for her confirmation number without giving up the surprise. Can anybody tell me if you can order gifts with no information other than the passenger's name? Thanks.

Agree with Krazy Kruizers..Call Ship's Services.. We were on a HAL cruise last week.. Our Friends ordered flowers & balloons for my Birthday..All they had was our cabin Number & at the last minute our cabin changed..My Friend called Ships services who told them..No problem, they would find us & they did..It was a very lovely surprise & the flowers lasted all week.. Cheers.....:)Betty
Boytjie Posted August 27, 2010 #4 Share Posted August 27, 2010 I ordered wine for friends last year and did it all online without having their booking number. If I remember correctly I just had to have the correct first and last name and which sailing they were on.

Rare TracieABD Posted August 27, 2010 #6 Share Posted August 27, 2010 I guess that you would have to call the HAL line...

I didn't try it since I don't have any friends booked on a cruise now.
