How to add pre-paid tips???

Hi there - I just reserved the Dream for Feb. 26th in a Cove Balcony - can't wait! While the agent at Carnival was very helpful, I think she forgot to ask if I wanted to pre-pay my tips??? I would love to do that now, do I have to call them or can I do this myself. I'm looking at my "My Billing" section and I do see "make a payment" but I cannot see "add pre-paid tip" ?? dont think you can do it online, best to call them up

Hi. I just did this last week. Just call Carnival and tell them that you'd like to pre-pay your gratuities. It was quick and simple.

I would simply call and I went online I did see you can add in pre paid gratuities. I am looking into taking care of this ahead of time as well.

When I did this it didn't show up as pre-paid gratuities but was included in the taxes/other section under the billing tab. after final payment it was separated.
