Is unused OBC refundable at the end of your cruise?

I have talked to different people at Crown and Anchor and RCCL and get a different answer every time. Since we will have OBC that we were planning to use for Gratuities, but now are considering MTD and you have to pay it at final payment. So want to know if they will refund the OBC?

thanks for any help!

I'm pretty sure it would depend on how you received that OBC.. If it was a price reduction you will get it in cash or as a credit back to the card you used..If it was an OBC from a booking it will not be refunded..use it or lose it..
