Is any one having troble with log in to Princess

I have tried to log in for almost 1/2 hour and the web site will not except my email and password

I just got on with no problem. Are you sure you're using the correct password?

I can log in and get to the cruise personalizer just fine...but noticed that all the info I had filled out last week on the cruise personalizer for our next cruise is now all gone...poof. All the info used to complete the passenger information form has gone into cyber heaven.

I was just in the site and didn't have any problems logging in.
