Halloween celebrated on Elation

Hello everyone! I will be on the Elation on Oct 23 for a 7 day cruise. I was wanting to know if there would be some sort of halloween activities going on this week. Would appreciate any information.

I have never cruised on Halloween on any ship -- so I can't say for fact yes or no... BUT, I've seen GREAT and SILLY photos of Halloween Celebrations on ships!!!

 

My guess would be YES!!! If there's a reason for a party and FUN FUN FUN Carnival and the Cruise Director will be on top of it!!!!

 

I'd tell you to plan on it and bring a costume.

 

Also, find the roll call and see if they are planning some fun or maybe a costume contest...

Lambie is correct!!!! I have sailed two Halloween's in a row and it has been a blast. They will decorate the ship on Halloween and there will be a costume contest.....special pictures, etc.

Absolutely! Halloween is one of the MOST FUN times of the year to cruise. Most of the crew, and about half of the passengers will be in costume one night to celebrate the holiday, and participate in costume contests, etc. You don't have to dress up to enjoy the festivities, but it makes it just a bit more fun! Wish I could join you!

Well, you are saling CLOSE to Halloween, but it isn't until Oct. 31, the day AFTER you get off...So I would guess no party. Might be some decorations, though. I was on Dream last year over Halloween, and they had lots of decorations, but they didn't go up early. There was a party and a number of people wore costumes. EM

I believe the last few years, Carnival has had some Halloween activities a couple of weeks before Halloween....any sailing after the 15th for some reason is ringing a bell????

 

We don't cruise after October 15th...to avoid costumes....(child with Autism who has a phobia to people dressed in costume)
