I'm also joing "Walk Across Arizona" program as a team captain which is an 8 week program that encourages exercise. I hope everyone is reaching their goals. My weightloss support group turns out to be an 8 week program which is awesome and will coincide nicely with the Walk Across Arizona. I've stepped up my exercise as a result.
