Post cruise excursions- where to find

We all know it's cheaper to book with local tour guides for even identical excursions rather than pay the higher price with Carnival.

 

What about post cruise?

 

I've done some searches but can't seem to find them....does Miami have tour operators that do the post cruise excursions?
