Dress code - Century 5 day cruise

Hi, a 5 night cruise will have 1 formal night. The other nights are what

Celebrity calls "Smart Casual".

I too am going on five-night cruise on Summit. Everyday is a port day -- no at-sea days. So which day will be formal? Any ideas?

We have done both the Century 4 and 5 night and passengers were well dressed this year.

hello and welcome aboard....come on over and chat on the roll call for this cruise. we have been on the century 5-day 3 times now and love the ship.

We're doing back to back 5 nights on Century in November and I'm dressing for formal night and by husband is taking his tux. We don't get to dress up at home and we enjoy doing that when we cruise. We've never done short cruises before. So, we weren't sure how formal the dress would be. But, we decided we didn't care.

We will be going on the 4 day and 5 day B2B for the 3rd time in February. There is one formal night on each cruise and we wear tux and gown for the formals and smart casual for the other nights. Smart casual for us is a pair of dress pant and a collared shirt for me and a pair of slacks and a nice blouse or a dress for her.

Thank you for posting this - I was actually wondering the same thing - my husband and I are first time cruisers and will also be on the Nov 8 Century.

On formal nights, what is the approximate mix of tuxes and suits? Are most men in one or the other? We will be on Century for a four night cruise in December.
