Since Simone is no longer with NCL...

Was just downloading some photo's onto my new computer and found this one...tubbing it while in the Garden Villa.

She is PRICELESS! Such great memories.

Thanks for sharing, she is ONE of the best. Her husband, is amazing too. He helped us on our last cruise to have a favorite waitress serve us in Cagney's on a night she was scheduled for the main dinning room. Loved the star and many of the staff.

Simone was one our first concierge, she was the best! Second one we had was a disapointment to say the least. Wishing her and Andres the best in their future endeavors!

I agree, Simone was our 1st concierge and provided us with outstanding service. Our last concierge fell very short of the service we received from Simone. It's hard to start with the best. :D

We also had Simone as our concierge on the NCL Star last year. Both her and our Butler were top notch!
