Can Suite Guests Eat in Blu?

I would like to know if you can eat in Blu if you are a Suite Guest.

Hi Judy, Suite Guests can eat there on a "Space Availibilty Basis"

for 5.00 per person.

First cruise on Equinox in a suite, no openings to eat in Blu at any time, most recent cruise on Eclipse it seemed we would have had no problem if we had been happy to go at off peak times (though as we had reservations at speciality most nights we did not check out if this would in fact have been the case)
