Choice Air

I have been trying to get into Choice Air since Friday- I get the same message - "this reservation is currently being viewed or modified - try again in 15 minutes". I emailed RCCL but no response from them..... :rolleyes:

You know. I get the same thing. I've actually been trying since July with the same message each and every time. I've called several times and they tell me they don't know why but to keep trying

Make sure that you have closed out of your reservation on Royal Caribbean and that you have your cruise information in another place to access. After you are closed out of your reservation online, you should be able to get into Choice Air.

Call RCCL, they can access this system. It seems like if you go in once from the RCCL site it blocks you from going in again. I called them and they booked our flight while on the phone.

? You have to log into your reservation to access the Choice Air screen... don't you?

We get there by http://www.choiceair.com.

Never had a problem.
