Royal Caribbean website acting strange

This is strange. I logged on and it said "welcome, John Smith" at the top of the screen. I am not John Smith, but I looked at his profile and saw his cruise history and his future cruise and how much he has left to pay. When I logged off, it changed to "Welcome, [my name]". That was weird. I logged back in again and it looked fine with my name at the top.

Yah, the website can't seem to keep my phone number correct either. I have tried several times online to change it and called them twice to change it but it always changes my number back to my emergency contact #.

I've been getting logged off when I'm trying to look for cruises. I've also had the issue of trying to look at my reservation and then it logs me off. When I log back in and try to view my reservation is says "that reservation is being modified, please try again later."

It logged me off 2x today as well...idk what the deal is??? Maybe they will figure it out and fix it:) makes me kinda skeptical about the security of the site.

I thought it was just me, I tried to search for a cruise w/ three people in a room and it shows the catagories but when i hit the button for the cabin I want it totally kicks me out and back to main screen, hummmmmm tried of it, how can we just for price drops if it throws us out...

You may have just stumbled in when they were doing Maintanence. The fact that you logged off and back in and things seem to be corrected indicates everything should be ok.:)

When you get out of your reservation be sure to click the exit reservation and return to the homepage button. If you just x out of the window you will be locked out for 15-20 minutes.

I think something is going on. I went to check prices for the upcoming Enchantment cruise and prices for all the inside categories were $100,228.00/pp.

Maybe John logged in from your house while he was burglarizing it. Take inventory.:D

I have that same problem. If you go through the process after it kicks you back to the main screen, then it works fine. It's been this way for weeks (I know, because I keep hoping to find a price drop!)
