What time does Chops open on the first night, please? I am hoping it is before sail away at 8:30PM.

In August, we ate in Chops on the first night on Serenade. It was NOT before sail away. Only the MDR and WJ were serving at the normal times that night. Chops and Portofino required reservations after sail away.

 

I looked at my cruise compass for the exact hours. They are 8:30 - 10:00 on day one.

mommabean is right on. On our June Serenade B2B iChops opened at 8:30 right after sailaway. On our second leg of the B2B they offered everyone that was continuing a half price dinner at Chops on the first night. We took their offer.

They can't open prior to sail away because both Chops and Portofino are used as muster locations.
