How do I join Casinos at Sea (while on land)

I would like to join NCL's Casinos at Sea before going on the cruise in 2 months. I've been searching for a link or any information on how to signup, but couldn't find anything... any ideas?

at one time, you were able to sign up online. but most of the time it didn't get transferred to the ship. last cruise we, actually, had to wait for those signing up on the ship, before they could contact the land based computer to get our information. moral to the story: just sign up when you get on the ship, it just as easy and quick.

I emailed casino at sea last evening, about that same question. The response was

Good morning Joan,

You may be able to sign up with a casino host on board.
