bellezza28 Posted October 26, 2010 #1 Share Posted October 26, 2010 We are saling on Allure on Jan 2 with our 3 kids - 7, 4 and 1. My oldest girls love to dance and we were wondering if they are allowed in the disco (before a certain time, of course) or if there is anywhere else where there is music that they can dance to? Thanks.
It'sRC4ME Posted October 27, 2010 #2 Share Posted October 27, 2010 The disco is usually restricted to guests 18 or older, and kids aren't allowed. However, there will be at least one evening where there is a "family" disco time, usually earlier in the evening.
Rare CariBear Posted October 27, 2010 #3 Share Posted October 27, 2010 My 8 year old daughter loves to dance too! Looks like there is a "Family Nightclub" in Blaze each night from 9:15pm - 10:00pm on Oasis. We will definitely check it out when we sail in 11 days! Merion_Mom Posted October 27, 2010 #4 Share Posted October 27, 2010 There are two different nightclubs on Oasis - Blaze and Dazzles. Read your Cruise Compass for family times.
Windy56 Posted October 27, 2010 #5 Share Posted October 27, 2010 I think that it's great that RCCL offers a Family time for kids who enjoy dancing with their siblings and parents. Having said that, I think it only proper for families to respect that adults will want to dance without the distraction of little ones on the floor, outside the designated family times. I saw some near accidents on the dance floor on the Oasis this summer when small children were left unsupervised to do their own thing, while adults were dancing and trying to weave their way around them. Not a good thing.
ccruisequeen Posted October 27, 2010 #6 Share Posted October 27, 2010 The Kids Clubs usually plan for Disco time or a dance club with their peers. You can check those out.
