Waitlisted Package

I know this is probably a crazy question but what is a Waitlisted Package? I went under Princess to personalize my trip and was told I couldn't because I have a waitlisted package!

The word waitlist usually means "not confirmed", "on a waiting list", but without knowing more I can't advise. Do you have a confirmed reservation with a booking number? Do you mean a waitlisted shore excursion? Do you mean a waitlisted transfer? I'm guessing that you can't personalize because you don't have a booking number which means you don't really have a reservation yet.

Yes, we are confirmed with a booking number. My son booked this through his travel agent. I am going to get him to call and ask what it means. It could mean waitlisted until a certain time to reserve excursions, etc. I really don't know. I am a first time cruiser and was baffled by that. Thanks for trying to help.
