Tours in Villafranche and hotel in Barcelona

Does anyone know of tour companies that meet people in port of Villafranche (I will be there with my daughter and grandchildren on Liberty of the Seas in April). I have e-mailed with Dream Tours, Revelation Tours and Riviera Premium Tours and see some discussion but not much. We think we want to do a half day tour of Nice, Monaco/Monte Carlo and anything else we have time for. Also, we will be staying in Barcelona for 3 days after the cruise and need a room for 4. We have 2 reservations now, Hotel Regina and Petit Palace Musuem Hotel. Anyone have any comments on either. Thanks for any information on either subject.
