Toto2Kansas Posted November 8, 2010 #2 Share Posted November 8, 2010 There are four on the Caribe deck, all the way forward. Also four on Baja, all the way forward. They are all category AF.
rhsjr Posted November 8, 2010 Author #3 Share Posted November 8, 2010 Now I see them, the rooms look bigger as the room itself takes up the balacony area. Is there a closed (fixed closed) window or what?
Toto2Kansas Posted November 8, 2010 #4 Share Posted November 8, 2010 There are no windows that can be opened. I know there were some pictures posted on her not long ago. If I can find the post, I will give you the link to it. ;)

Ferndale Girl Posted November 9, 2010 #7 Share Posted November 9, 2010 We had C201 on the Coral for the Panama Canal this past January and loved it. It was the first cabin on the starboard side - extremely quiet - the end of the hall and the door to the deck out front was right there.
Colo Cruiser Posted November 9, 2010 #8 Share Posted November 9, 2010 Yes you have a huge forward facing public balcony at your disposal right outside your cabin door. ;)
Casey12 Posted November 9, 2010 #9 Share Posted November 9, 2010 These cabins often go quickly. They are perfect for those with young children who do not want a balcony but want more space.
rdsqrl Posted November 9, 2010 #10 Share Posted November 9, 2010 I had C204 (on the Coral) and loved it! So convenient for the viewing deck forward, and all the extra room was nice. I'm not one who needs a balcony and so I was very happy.
starboardcruiser Posted December 29, 2010 #11 Share Posted December 29, 2010 I had one of these rooms last year on the Island Princess (201-far forward starboard side). The seas were rough a couple of nights, and I definitely felt it more in this room than on any other ship I've sailed on (on Carnival, I like to sail as far forward as possible on the lowest guest deck on the ship, though; on Princess, I was midship vertically and roughly 1/3 forward), so be advised of that if you tend to be seasick (I don't, but my suitemate was). There is a large window, but it can't be opened. As has been mentioned, there is a door just forward of these cabins that opens onto a deck that is just below the bridge. My suitemate and I spent a considerable amount of time on this deck, so it was almost as though we had a balcony. I highly recommend this room because of the spaciousness (and bathtub)! Full disclosure: I do not require a balcony though; I know that is a requirement for some, so you may not be happy if you would prefer a balcony attached to your room. I hope this helps.
