I had a conference meeting with one of our clients today and noticed this ship out near the navy wharfs. What is it and what's it doing there? :confused:

 

P.S. Sorry about the low quality.. I only had my phone on me and it was from pretty high up.

its the Pacific Jewel in dry dock
