Advice/Q? about 7 day Oosterdam San Diego/

Hello! I am trying to plan a cruise for family: My 75yo Dad, and his 70 yo brother and his 62 yo sister plus spouses. The only realistic options are the 7 day cruises on the Oosterdam leaving from San Diego on 3/26,4/2,4/9, and 4/16. I am asking for opinions, advice, and tips regarding recent experiences on the "Oostedam". My uncle uses an oxygen tank; any relavent information would be appreciated. Any advice regarding booking requests and ship specific tips would be greatly appreciated.
