Finally got asked to complete a survey after visiting the NCL site!

While surfing the NCL site a popup came up and asked if I would fill out a survey about "the experience." I was thrilled, because I really dislike the site and feel that NCL just doesn't get how bad the site navigation and information is. I was asked specific questions, and got to tell them what works (very little) in my view and what doesn't (which is a ton!)

I would be more interested if I received an email asking me to evaluate the cruise I was on, rather than the the website. I have not had the opporunity to do either one.

Really?

Every time we come back I get an email to fill out a survey. Do you need to check your Latitudes info to see that your email address is correct?

I'd also love to be able to evaluate the 3 cruises we completed in Sept/Oct but have not received any survey for any of them. No comment card survey on the ship either after any of the cruises.

We had that same non-survey experience after our Jewel cruise in 2008.
