Lost Fun Ship Dollars

Gave Fun Ship Dollars to our married kids for upcoming cruise leaving this Saturday. One of them lost his. Have e-mail and order number from Carnival's Gifts and Services. Can anything be done about it. Or will I just be wasting my time on the phone with Carnival.

I'm only going to provide my opinion.

I don't know for sure that they will fix the problem. I can see where they wouldn't. How easy would it be to say "opps, lost the certificate, give me another, then bring both".

 

I'd give it the good ole college 1 call try. If no luck, then so sad kid. I gave you the gift, you lost it, not my problem.
