Have e-mail and order number from Carnival's Gifts and Services. Can anything be done about it. Or will I just be wasting my time on the phone with Carnival. How easy would it be to say "opps, lost the certificate, give me another, then bring both". I'd give it the good ole college 1 call try. If no luck, then so sad kid.
