Allure/Oasis - How fast do the restaurants book up?

Recommended Posts

Husband and I are leaving May 1st to go on the Allure of the Seas.

We have some friends that are coming with but they won't be able to pay for their cruise until the end of February.

By the time we get around to booking reservations for us all it'll be about 45-60 days out from the cruise time.

Will all of the restaurants be booked by this time?

Most importantly, CHOPS. I think that's the only "fine dining" we're going to book.

I'm just not sure how fast they book up. I read a lady on here recently said she tried to book a table for two the day they boarded the ship and was told that CHOPS was booked for the entire cruise.

Also, do you have to pre-reserve for IZUMI, the Japanese restauant? Or would we have OK luck just walking in there and getting a table?

I am sure this depends on the sailing, but Chop's will be more popular than Izumi's. I reccommend pre-booking. Is it possible for you to do the reservation and your friend repay you? That is the best way to have a table for the number of guests you want and the time.

Chops is yummers,

Patty
