Hawaii golf course recommendations

Anyone have any recommendations of must-play golf courses? We are 3 couples booked on POA 4/30/11 sailing. We already have in mind Kapalua Plantation course for Day 1 in Maui. Has anyone played any of the other courses on Maui, such as Wailea Gold/Emerald/Blue or Makena? How about Mauna Kea for Kona? Poipu Bay for Kauai?
