Wine bottle allowance: 750ml or 1.5l?!

Under alcohol policy Carnival says you can bring one 750ml bottle per person free, but you can bring more and pay $15 per bottle which is still quite a bit cheaper than their prices. Seems I remember there's a table where you are supposed to go and get them labeled or something.

That's inconsistent with the stated beverage policy. Can you provide a pointer to where that policy is written?

Had my minis confiscated since they are liquor

I've taken minis on other lines without issues. Once on celebrity I had to go and identify my luggage and when I opened it and they saw the minis they just laughed and told me to close the suitcase minis intact. Just won't bother bringing this time as not worth the hassle.
