pms4104 Posted February 3, 2011 #1 Share Posted February 3, 2011 I have a teeny tiny credit on the books with Southwest, and it expires end-March. I have searched WN's website and Contract of Carriage and have been unable to determine if I must book travel before the expiration date (and perhaps fly some months later) to use the credit, or if I must actually fly before the expiry. Sorry if this is obvious to frequent WN passengers ... would appreciate some guidance here. Thanx!

cherylandtk Posted February 3, 2011 #3 Share Posted February 3, 2011 It is a 'complete travel by' date, not booking date. http://www.southwest.com/flight/pop_fareCompare.html. See note #3 in the fine print at the bottom.
